Gluten-Free Chocolates: 55+ Celiac-Safe Products, Verified at Production Level
Pure chocolate is naturally gluten-free — but chocolate products sold in most commercial contexts are not necessarily gluten-free due to shared equipment, malt-flavored additions, wheat-based fillings, and biscuit inclusions in compound products. Andy Anand's Gluten-Free Chocolate collection covers 55+ products that have been reviewed and verified at production level, not simply identified as gluten-free by ingredient label. Our facility uses dedicated equipment for gluten-free chocolate production, scheduled production windows that prevent cross-contamination, and ingredient-specification review that goes to the formulation document level for every ingredient.
The collection includes our full Belgian dark chocolate range (naturally gluten-free at 60%+ cacao), milk chocolate assortments confirmed gluten-free at production level, white chocolate specialty pieces using Belgian cocoa butter (naturally gluten-free), our truffle and praline collections, chocolate-covered California nuts and fruits, cherry cordials with liquid centers, and verified imported European chocolate assortments from producers whose facility practices we have reviewed. The range is comprehensive — not a selective subset of our chocolate catalog.
Gluten-free verification matters at the product level, not just the ingredient level, because cross-contamination is the primary gluten risk in chocolate production. A chocolate bar made entirely from gluten-free ingredients can contain gluten if it was produced on shared equipment with a malt-chocolate product. Our verification covers the production context, not just the ingredient list. For customers with celiac disease rather than non-celiac gluten sensitivity, this distinction is clinically meaningful.
Every product ships from our Chino, California facility in cold-insulated packaging with refrigerated gel packs. A portion of every purchase supports Education Without Boundaries, Andy Anand's registered 501(c)(3). For gluten-free baked goods (cakes and cheesecakes), see Gluten-Free Cheesecake & Cake.
