Andy Anand's Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free collection addresses this intersection with products verified at both levels: gluten-free at production level using dedicated equipment and scheduled production windows, and dairy-free at ingredient specification level covering milk, whey, casein, and lactose in every ingredient and sub-ingredient.
The collection is anchored by our Belgian 60%+ cacao dark chocolate products. Dark chocolate at 60%+ cacao is naturally both gluten-free and dairy-free: the specification includes cacao, cocoa butter, sugar, and lecithin. No milk powder, no dairy derivatives. We verify this at the formulation level of our Belgian chocolate specification, not just the product label. Our dark chocolate range thus provides a naturally doubly-restricted foundation for the collection.
Beyond chocolate, the collection includes imported European hard candy and fruit confectionery formats that are naturally gluten-free by recipe — boiled sugar confections, fruit jellies, and traditional European formats that predate the use of wheat in candy production.
