We use full-fat California cream cheese from regional dairies, fresh local eggs, cultured California butter, seasonal fruit at its peak, and 60%+ Belgian cacao in every chocolate application. Nothing in our kitchen is pre-made, batch-frozen, or assembled from commercial base mixes. When your order is placed, your cake or cheesecake is baked. When it arrives, it was made for you — not for inventory, not for a warehouse shelf, but specifically for your order.

Our New York-style cheesecakes are built on the correct method: full-fat cream cheese, no gelatin shortcuts, baked low and slow in a water bath to achieve the dense, creamy, slightly tangy filling that defines the style.
