Andy Anand operates a confectionery program that spans four distinct product families produced or sourced under a single quality standard: gourmet baked goods baked to order in our Chino, California kitchen; Belgian chocolate confections hand-finished by our California team; artisan brittle, nougat, and crocante made in small batches in copper-bottom pots; and premium European confectionery imported directly from regional artisan producers. This catalog brings all four families into one navigable collection — over 200 individual products, each developed with the same founding question: what would this taste like if we used the best possible ingredients and refused every shortcut?
The baked goods program covers over 46 cheesecake varieties, 60+ cake varieties, French macarons made daily using the traditional French method, and seasonal pies. Every baked good is made to order: no pre-made inventory, no batch-frozen product lines, no artificial preservatives. Our Belgian chocolate program uses 60%+ cacao as our minimum specification — the threshold at which cocoa butter content is sufficient to produce genuine snap, progressive melt, and aromatic complexity. Our Belgian 60%+ cacao truffle and praline range is hand-finished by our confectionery team in Chino, California. Our brittle and toffee program uses California almonds we roast in-house, pure cane sugar cooked in small batches, and cultured California butter. Our European import program covers Calissons de Provence (PDO-protected), French patés de fruits, Italian Torrone and Cremini, Danish and Dutch specialty licorice, and German chocolate specialties from producers whose quality and traditional production practices we have reviewed in person.
Every product in this catalog ships from our Chino, California facility in cold-insulated packaging with refrigerated gel packs — the same cold-chain system we use for our most fragile whole cheesecakes. We ship to all 50 states. For customers managing dietary requirements, our full range is replicated in sugar-free formats (erythritol-stevia sweetening, no maltitol) and gluten-free formats (California almond flour, dedicated production equipment, ingredient-specification review).
