Sugar-Free & Gluten-Free Confectionery: The Dietary-Inclusive Pillar Collection
This pillar page gathers Andy Anand's entire dietary-inclusive confectionery program into one destination — over 46 individually developed products spanning sugar-free baked goods, Belgian cacao chocolate products sweetened with erythritol and stevia, imported European candy certified in low-glycemic formats, and California-produced brittle and toffee caramelized with allulose. Every product in this collection meets at least one of two dietary standards: zero refined sugar or verified gluten-free. Many meet both. This is not a curated selection of compromise products. This is Andy Anand's full dietary-inclusive range, built to the same quality standard as our traditional confectionery, with the additional discipline of meeting genuine dietary requirements.
This pillar uses 60%+ cacao as the base — the threshold at which chocolate has sufficient cocoa butter to produce real snap and a genuine progressive melt — and erythritol-stevia blending as the sweetener system, calibrated specifically for each application: baking behaves differently from ganache, which behaves differently from hard-shell chocolate enrobing. Our development team has calibrated separate formulations for each context rather than applying a single sweetener ratio across the entire range. The result is that each product in this collection performs correctly in its specific application.
The gluten-free component of this collection is verified at production level, not just by ingredient label. Our facility uses dedicated equipment for gluten-free production, scheduled production windows that prevent cross-contamination, and ingredient-specification review that covers formulation documents from each supplier rather than relying solely on product labels. We treat celiac disease as the medical condition it is.
Every product in this collection ships from our Chino, California facility in cold-insulated packaging with refrigerated gel packs — the same cold-chain system we use for our full traditional range. We do not pre-make, batch-freeze, or store against anticipated demand. Every order triggers a production run. The result is a product that arrives at its peak freshness state rather than at an indeterminate point in a shelf-life window.
