We bake to order and ship promptly to ensure you receive the freshest possible product. Please plan to refrigerate or consume your items within the recommended timeframe upon receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
